Return and refund policy

At Manani, each journal is handmade with care. For this reason, we do not accept returns or issue refunds except for specific situations listed below.
When We Offer Refunds or Replacements
We provide refunds or replacements only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To request one, email support@manani.us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
When Refunds Are Not Offered
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, minor variations in handmade paper, items damaged by customers, incorrect addresses, or lost or stolen packages after delivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a carrier marks a package as delivered, we cannot issue refunds. Please contact the carrier for assistance.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once processing begins.
